Project Haystack

It defines Project Haystack as: ‘A project that focuses on developing semantic modelling solutions for data related to smart devices including building equipment. Sponsors include Siemens, Lynxspring, SkyFoundry, Arup,Tridium.’
It standardises semantic data models and web services to make it easier to unlock value from the vast quantity of data being generated by smart devices. Applications include automation, control, energy, HVAC, lighting, and other environmental systems.
